We may collect account details such as email address, login identifiers, watchlists, saved tickers, alert preferences, support messages, and basic product usage events. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, referring page, request logs, error logs, and approximate location from network metadata.

We use information to operate the product, authenticate users, manage access, improve ranking and relevance, detect abuse, debug errors, monitor source and data-source health, comply with obligations, and understand whether AlphaYou is useful to users.

AlphaYou India takes no payments. There is no checkout, no payment provider connected, and no card, billing address or payment metadata of any kind is collected or stored. If paid plans are introduced, this section will describe exactly what a payment provider handles before any payment is possible.

Your saved NSE stocks, followed investors and event-type choices are stored against your India account so the product can show them back to you. Do not add information you consider highly sensitive.

We may share information with the infrastructure, authentication, error-monitoring and support providers that help run AlphaYou India. No payment, email-delivery, push-delivery or product analytics provider is connected today. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

We keep account information for as long as the account exists and for as long as needed to debug issues and satisfy legal obligations. Published source records and corrections stay available because the public record is part of the product.

Signed in, your account page lets you download everything we hold for you and delete your account outright. Deleting removes your saved stocks, followed investors, alert choices, usage and the sign-in itself. You can also request access or correction by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or public data integrity. We cannot email a password reset link yet, so ask support and we will reset it by hand.
