These terms explain the rules for using AlphaYou India, including account access, acceptable use, and service availability. AlphaYou India is in production validation and does not sell paid plans.

AlphaYou provides market research, reported-source activity, ticker context, alerts, and related software features. You may use the product only for lawful informational purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, exchange rules, data-source rules, and any limits shown in the product.
AlphaYou content is not individualized investment advice. You remain responsible for every trading, investment, tax, legal, and risk decision you make. You should not use AlphaYou as your sole basis for buying, selling, shorting, holding, or sizing any position.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the product, users, data sources, or legal obligations.
AlphaYou India is in production validation. There are no paid plans on sale, no checkout, and no way to be charged. Every account has the same access at no cost. The prices shown on the pricing page are the prices we plan to charge if and when purchases open; they are not an offer to sell and create no obligation on either side. If paid plans are introduced, the terms covering fees, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be published here and shown at checkout before any payment is possible.
Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, repackage, or redistribute AlphaYou data or outputs except through an approved API plan or written permission. Do not use the product to commit fraud, manipulate markets, harass others, evade sanctions, or violate securities, exchange, data, privacy, or consumer laws.
AlphaYou is an evolving beta product. Features, data feeds, source coverage, research methods, and user interfaces may change. We may pause or remove features when a data source fails, a legal or commercial risk appears, or evidence quality does not support continued publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaYou is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, data errors, outages, market events, or decisions made in reliance on the product.
